Hi! I’m Dr. Kristin Rinn, your Family Practice Nurse Practioner and hormone and peptide expert in Castle Rock, CO.

Personal Story

I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 19 years of experience in family medicine with an emphasis on women’s health, menopause, and geriatrics.

I have treated patients with chronic diseases, including hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and patients with acute illness. I also enjoy educating my patients on preventative medicine, such as health screenings, diet, and exercise, and managing chronic conditions. Before working in family medicine, I worked with urgent care patients and have my Doctorate in Clinical Nursing.

I originally grew up and completed my undergraduate education in Virginia, after which, I moved to Colorado at age 22.  I have lived here ever since. I received her Master of Science in Nursing / Family Nurse Practitioner in 2006 from the University of Colorado. Subsequently, I obtained my Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2015 from the University of Colorado.

I have a passion for preventative health care and believe strongly in a healthy diet, exercise, and mental and spiritual health to improve health status and avoid illness.

When not working, I enjoy travel, the outdoors, music, exercise, snowboarding, camping and all kinds of outdoor recreation.

I have a focus on improving mental and physical health through diet, exercise, vitamin and nutrient supplementation and hormone optimization.
